POSITION
Summary:
This position is responsible for attaining defined sales targets; expense control; personnel selection and development; ensuring external and internal customer satisfaction at our sales location for both Front line and In-House
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
Work directly with VP of Sales and Marketing or Project Director to develop and effectively deliver required sales targets on a regular basis.
Train, evaluate and monitor employee performance goals on a daily basis.
Meet or exceed the site generated lead objectives.
Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
Ensure a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations. Work directly with the Quality Assurance team to develop effective processes that will result in a strong compliance and customer satisfaction scores.
Demonstrate high level of skill in selling ability and personally conduct sales presentations if required based on business needs.
Maintain high standards and professional leadership by:
Lead by example in both professional and personal life.
Adhere to company best practices.
Support the marketing effort by:
Work directly with the site marketing leader to develop effective processes that will yield high levels of efficiency for both sales and marketing.
Keep current on and support marketing strategies.
Educate sales staff on current marketing strategies.
Actively manage the sales site:
Assign specific goals and targets for managers and representatives on the sales team and ensure a high level of accountability exists at all times.
Greet employees as they report to work.
Available throughout the day (open door).
Actively involved in daily sales meetings.
Frequently meet with each team and staff to review work assignments.
Ensure a high level of professionalism within the staff exists at all times.
